I know. Isn't it the best? Tonight I will probably comb over ever inch of it, find every feature and pocket, and stuff it with many amazing things... maybe sleep with it because I can't part with it right now. The next time you see me, I'll be toting diapers in extreme style, but don't be jealous, just know I have the best sister in the world.

Model B.
So anyway for Christmas I bought some of my family these shirts, and today I finally got around to taking some pictures of B in his, and submitted one. Here are some of my favorites:
As I'm sure you can imagine, he wasn't too thrilled about his glamour shots but cooperated pretty well once I gave him some granola bar. The middle picture is the one I submitted. I liked the one of him biting the shirt but it didn't fit in their window well enough.
This is a really fun site, I highly recommend it to anyone, if not to buy, then to just check it out and have a good laugh, because there are some really funny and creative designs. So take a peek: threadless.com

Weekend Update With the Fonnesbecks
I'm sure some of you know, but for those that don't, Travis and I are nursery workers, and when I say workers, I mean slave laborers. We have over 56 nursery age children in our ward, and that is why we have 3 nurseries. Travis and I work with another couple in the "middle" nursery, which is the oldest kids in the Jr and youngest of the Senior. It's a fun job but it is a challenge. We have some kids that cry, and when they do, liquid comes out every where on their cute little faces. When we get home from church, we throw our clothes immediately in the hamper and wash our hands up to our elbows- just a standard precautionary procedure, as recommended by the Primary Presidency. We had a good group on Sunday though, not too many criers.
Monday we went swimming at a hot springs in Idaho with Travis' extended family, which was fun, Brenner loved it and I'm sad I didn't get any pictures. Yesterday we went to a wedding all day, one of Travis' friends from high school, and then I made friends with him while I was a freshamn in college. I love weddings, and maybe that's the girly girl in me but they are so fun, especially when you're invited to the wedding, the luncheon, and the whole shabang. It was a really beautiful wedding and the food was great so no complaints. Good job Brett and Tiara.
So that's it, we had a great weekend spent with family and friends. What more could you ask for?

hivey
Here is Brenner's history with penicillin, he was about 10 months old at the time:
Enough said right?
So once again we get steriods to tame down the hives and we're off to the races. They were a lot different looking than last time, more scary but less of them. Of course he was still a happy camper throughout the whole ordeal, although he cries now when the doctor comes into the exam room and is always quick to say a tearful "bye bye". We were able to get in to see his regular doctor too, which is nice. He was about as sad as me that Brenner was having a reaction, but reassured me that in the future we can give him other medicines and everything will be just fine.
He's doing well today, the hives are almost completely gone, I wish I would have taken a picture lastnight but the camera was in the car....
So that's the latest with the Fonnesbeck family. Brenner is running full speed around the house today begging me to put on "pumba" which is his name for The Lion King. Travis bought in Linkin' Logs today, we'll see how long they last and stay together on one bucket.
Whew! Two posts in one week! I didn't think I was up to it but I decided I needed to vent a little.

blog virgin
I just got back from driving across the country with Megan, my sister, ending up in Richmond Virginia. She was moving for fun and a change of scenery, so she needed her car and someone to go with her to make sure she didn't get kidnapped. We had a really good time, and I must admit the drive wasn't that bad. we left Thursday afternoon and got to the Vail pass in Colorado by about 10:00. Approaching the canyon, there were many flashing lights and signs that said "CHAINS REQUIRED. ENFORCED" Well we really didn't know what to think about that so after asking some questions and getting incredulous looks, we were pointed in the direction of the local Wal-Mart, where we purchased chains. Now here's the part that didn't work out so well: Neither of us had ever seen someone put chains on, let alone tried it ourselves. So after a freezing attempt, we decided to throw the chains in the trunk and head up the canyon, stopping if we thought we needed them. Thank goodness there was a friendly policeman at the mouth of the canyon! This is how our conversation went (we'll call the friendly policeman FPM)
me: "Hi, could you help us put chains on our tires? We don't know how."
FPM: "Oh that's only for the truckers, you'll be fine."
me thinking to myself- wow we just wasted an hour and 40 bucks on these chains that we don't even need!
FPM: "Where ya from?"
me: "Utah"
FPM "Then what ya worried about?! Get in the car and get up there." (This was said to us like we were a couple of idiots)
me: no comment, just got in the car.
So we made it through the pass with no problem and we spent the night in Denver. The next day we got up early and headed ino Kansas. Now in my opinon, Kansas is a hellish state. The speed limit is 70 the whole way through, and it is very barren and empty. Also every time we stopped it felt like we were on some alien planet and got stared a by freaky people. No offense to people living in Kansas or from Kansas but I really don't like it there. The rest of the trip was relatively uneventful, we stopped in St. Louis which was beautiful and fun, also Louisville was very nice. We got to Richmond on Sunday afternoon (and found Eric and Nicole's house all by ourselves might I add) Monday we shopped in Carytown and all got coordinating purple shirts, a picture which I'll post later. On the flight home I missed my connection and they lost my bag, but delivered it Wednesay, so that was good. The problem is that my makeup was missing, which I'm really sad about because it was all my favorite most expensive stuff. So I'm filing a claim to Delta and I guess we'll just see what happens. Anyway I'm home and back to school and most important, back to Brenner and Travis. So that's all for today, I'm new at this so bear with me. I thought I would post this picture of Brenner because I think it's so funny.
